Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value). Optionally, you may provide a company name, website, and shipping address.

Project and content data: We store project details, messages, files, and other content you create or upload to the Service.

Billing information: Payments are processed by Paddle. We store only a Paddle customer ID and subscription status — we never store raw card numbers or full payment details.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, and error logs, to improve the platform.

Communications: If you contact us by email or through the platform, we retain those communications to help resolve your request.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Paddle.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts).
• To improve and personalize the Platform, including training usage patterns for service optimization.
• To respond to support requests and communications.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. AI Processing

The Platform uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to power its agents. Content you submit in chat or project inputs may be transmitted to these providers to generate responses. We do not use your project data to train third-party AI models beyond what is required by those providers' terms.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to provide the Service:

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — AI agent responses.
• EasyPost — shipping and carrier label generation.
• Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3 — file storage.
• Google Workspace (Gmail) — transactional email delivery.

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Hyloric and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., billing records).

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
