Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Free Trial
All new Hyloric accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Basic plan features. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not activate a paid subscription before the trial ends, your account will not be charged.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe and are not satisfied with Hyloric for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of the initial charge date.
To request a refund:
- Open the Hyloric app and send a message with the subject "Refund Request" via the support chat.
- Include the email address associated with your Hyloric account.
- We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Subscription Renewals
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your profile page — cancellation stops future charges, but we do not issue refunds for the current billing period already paid.
4. Wallet Top-Ups
Wallet credits (one-time top-ups used for AI agent tasks) are non-refundable once added to your account, as they are immediately available for use. If you experience a technical issue that prevented credits from being applied correctly, please contact us and we will investigate.
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our discretion in cases such as:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges caused by a technical fault on our side.
- Extended service outages that significantly impacted your use of the platform.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile → Wallet & Billing → Manage / Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and will not trigger a refund for that period unless it falls within the 30-day guarantee window.
8. Contact
For refund requests or billing questions, open the Hyloric app and use the support chat with subject "Refund Request". We aim to respond within 1 business day.
